P.S. this goes for skinny people too, for years I used to say or think ‘whoa eat a thing, eat a thing NOW’ whenever I saw a skinny person, and assumed everyone who was really skinny must’ve been anorexic because oh my gosh, no-one naturally looks that way, well guess what, some people do and they can’t help it and it’s none of my business anyway and I’m just trying to project my own feelings about being fat onto others and that is a bad thing and bottom line is it’s all society’s fault for making us feel this way and we’re all beautiful and body-shaming can go fuck itself.
